Portfolio

The portfolio represents images captured over the last 20 years during the photographer 's travels. They reflect a global underclass confronting their daily reality. The majority of the images show the subjects struggling to portray a sense of respectability in the midst of their grim reality.

For me, a great portrait happens at the instant when a subject forgets the presence of the photographer and becomes himself.
